the official name of Sake is “Seishu (清酒)” which means clear Sake. even it is cloudy Sake so called “Nigori (にごり)” Sake, the Sake mash has to be removed by pressing procedure☁️☁️☁️


“Doburoku (どぶろく)” is the most traditional method of brewing Sake as the Sake mash is totally NOT removed🍚🍚🍚
